As we were retired and had been in our previous two level home for approx 18 years we knew it was time to downsize. We approached Suzanne Hibberd who was selling the Sanctum Apartments being built by CABE just after construction commenced.

We had never bought off the plan before but after meeting with Suzanne we felt confident we were making the right choice in Sanctum. Suzanne was very knowledgeable in answering questions in relation to the apartment plans and finishes and obtained prompt answers to any technical questions after discussions with the developer/builder.

Suzanne understood that this was a big decision for us and never did we feel pushed or rushed in making a decision. After committing to the purchase prior to selling our own home we then entrusted Suzanne with our sale. This transaction was also handled professionally and discreetly and an orchestrated timely result ensured we were able to move from our home to our lovely new apartment.

We have no hesitation in recommending Suzanne to anyone selling their property. We have had the opportunity to discuss Suzanne with some other Sanctum purchasers who all agree that Suzanne was instrumental in them being able to decide to commit to buying their apartment.
